DESIREH KISSINGER

MANAGER

Desireh Kissinger was the first intern in Alter Enterprise history. She graduated from the University of Montana with an Associates in Applied Science, Network System Administration, and Security. Desireh is currently working on a Bachelors's in Cybersecurity Administration and a Project Management Professional certification. She also holds a CompTIA Security+ certification.

Desireh has been with Alter Enterprise for five years while also serving in the United States Army Reserve for eleven years. During her time at Alter Enterprise, she has worked as a server technician, IT support, and coordinator for the internship program. After returning from deployment in 2020, Desireh transitioned to the AV Senior Support Consultant position to help launch Silver Stream Audio Visual.

When Desireh is not working for Silver Stream or the Army, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and riding her motorcycle.

JUSTIN BANCALE

AV SUPPORT CONSULTANT

Justin Bancale began working for Alter Enterprise in 2017. He started as an intern before transitioning to a role as an apprentice, the only one in Montana. He works with the Silver Stream team while also working on completing a degree in computer science.

Justin's ability to implement creative solutions to complicated Audio-Visual problems is second to none. The Silver Stream team can always rely on his extensive bank of obscure knowledge to help get the job done!

When Justin is not at work, he enjoys gaming, watching Anime, and going to Cons.
